Do you offer dry-hire, or must we hire an engineer as well?

We offer total flexibility. If you have the resources to manage the setup internally, we provide a straightforward dry-hire service. However, for complex events, most of our clients opt for our managed event production hire service, where our specialist engineers handle the delivery, installation, and live operation to ensure maximum performance.

Yes. We provide a comprehensive logistics service that includes delivery, installation, and a full system operation check. Once your event is over, our team will handle the de-rig and removal, making the entire process completely hands off for you.

Our team provides a consultative service to ensure you aren’t under or over equipped. We take into account the scale of your venue, audience numbers, and the type of content you are presenting to recommend a bespoke system package, whether that’s a simple two speaker PA, handheld microphone and LCD Display, or a complex line array system accompanied by a multi-projector blend or LED wall.

Absolutely. We stay at the forefront of audio-visual technology, providing all necessary interfaces (HDMI, DVI, USB-C, USB-A) and converters to ensure your devices connect seamlessly to our displays and sound systems. We also provide presentation remotes for a professional delivery, along with windows laptops and macbooks complete with PowerPoint, Qlab and other various softwares.

While our equipment is rigorously tested and maintained to the highest standards before leaving our warehouse, we provide both phone and email support in working hours for dry-hire clients. If you have a question during setup, our technicians can talk you through the process.
